Wailea Beach Path Walk in Maui, Hawaii | Empty During COVID-19 Shelter-in-Place, May 9th, 2020

By May 15, 2020 4 Comments

Thankfully, walks on the beach are allowed in Maui during the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) shelter-in-place. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the Wailea Beach Path, Wailea Beach, and Polo Beach with few people in-sight.

The 14-day quarantine for arriving visitors is still mandatory to keep Maui safe. We thank you for staying home until Maui is better prepared to welcome visitors to the island.

Wailea Beach Path (Boardwalk) is usually full of runners, walkers, and strollers from the luxury Wailea resorts. The beaches are also full of sunbathers, paddlers, and swimmers, Now with the Maui resorts closed, it is a perfect time for our Maui family to enjoy the beach without anyone around.

Subscribe to our channel for frequent updates on Maui life during COVID-19 and for advice and updates on Maui’s phased reopening for visitors. While Maui is still closed in Maui 2020, at least you can enjoy a lovely beach walk along this famous Maui beach.
